Respectful and dignified client care Training of Trainers course.

This course targets selected service providers directly involved in provision of maternal and child health including sexual and reproductive health services to be trained as Trainers in respectful and dignified client care provision across the spectrum of health care delivery in Malawi, i.e, Public, CHAM, NGOs and private owned health care facilities. The course will also target research organizations and affiliates managing clients enrolled in clinical trials. The aim is to equip participants with knowledge and expertise to become Trainers in Customized care and in turn, support in-service training programs in their respective institutions. The overall goal is to ensure that clients accessing SRHR services are treated with respect and dignity.

  • Principles of personal ethics
  • Professional code of conduct
  • Rights of client/rights of a service provider
  • Accountability vs Responsibility
  • Documentation of client data
